Hazel Hu
Hazel has finished Ireland's No.1 female lifter two years running and become the first female lifter to reach and break 400 wilks in a tested federation. Hazel has won best lifter trophies at the 4 Nations, All Ireland Championship and IrishPF National championship to name a few. Hazel won the Battle of the Boyne in 2014 and has represented her country at the the very highest level placing 6th in the World in 2016.

Anna Hourihane
Anna finished Ireland's No.1 Junior female lifter in 2015 and top 5 overall. Anna has broken multiple Irish records in three different federations and finished 2nd overall in the All-Ireland championship 205. Anna is a current member of the IrishPF National team and was selected to go to Texas to compete in the IPF wolrd championship.

Linh Nguyen
Linh is one of Ireland's most experienced lifters. Linh finished NO.1 in Ireland in 2013 and has competed in the Battle of the Boyne and 4 nations. Linh holds Irish records and has won multiple best lifter trophies. Linh has moved from the 55 class and now competed in the IrishPF under 63 class.

Noel Whelan

Deividas Barisas
Deividas is one of our youngest members at 24. Deividas was a very successful junior winning multiple national and international titles as well as holding records between two federations. Deividas is one of our full-time coaches. Deividas recently won the open class at the IrishPF national championship and deadlifted 3.38 x his bodyweight.

David McQullian
David is one of Ireland's pound for pound top athletes with a 427 wilks last year and 9th in the rankings between the 3 tested feds. David won his weight class at the All Ireland championship in 2105 with a 537.5 total at 64.9kg bodyweight.

Cillian Hurley
Cillian is a full time coach in ABS and is one of the longest lifters with A.B.S powerlifitng. Cillian holds the 105kg open deadlift record with 305kg and finished 2nd at the IrishPF National championships in 2016. Cillian finished 3rd overall at the All Ireland championship and is also on the IrishPF National squad.

Mark Murphy
Mark is one of Ireland best 105kg lifters and recently became an IrishPF national team member. Mark won best lifter at the 2016 IrishPF Boyneside open with a total of 715kg.
Shannon Pollock
Shannon recently joined the IrishPF national team winning best lifter at the Novice Open in 2016 hitting a 377.5kg total in the under 72kg class. Shannon is the 84kg 2015 IrishPF National champion and has competed internationally for Ireland at the 2016 IPF world Championship where she placed 10th in her class.

Jodie Mc Loughlin
Jodie's initial goal was to lose body fat and get back in shape after having her 4th baby. Jodie physique transformed quite rapidly and she developed a hunger for strength training.
Jodie qualified for the All Ireland Championships in 2015 and soon after decided to do a photo shoot in her gym and "get in the best shape of her life". These are pictured below.
Jodie is a successful personal trainer and co owner of Bodynamics in Santry.
Louise Quinn WBFF Pro (RTE Ireland's Fittest Mum)
Louise is one of my first clients that I started working with after moving to Ireland. Louise initially signed up for a 2 week body fat blitz program after buying a living social deal. 1 year later Louise had competed and won her first fitness competition. Louise is now a house hold name in the fitness industry and recently became the TV star of her own show Ireland's fittest mum. Louise now works with renowned physique coach Tom Brazier and recently finished 2nd at the WBFF LA Pro AM in the PRO division.

Danny Foran
Danny initially came to me for online programming. At the time Danny was working in a bank and his background was in martial arts.
Danny made some impressive progress and he soon realized his calling for the fitness industry. Danny soon became a personal trainer via Elite Fitness Academy and has never looked back,
Danny has competed on stage in multiple physique competitions and is now a successful personal trainer himself. Danny is one of the busiest coaches in Dublin city with a waiting list and his very own set of impressive testimonials.
Janet Winston
Janet has competed on stage twice both times post pregnancy. The picture in Green was at Fitness Star Canada and the pictures in the bikini was after baby number two at the Miami Pro in London. Janet is also a qualified personal trainer and now a law student in DCU.
