Here is a quick video on how to get tight on the bench press.
To deliver speed, power and maximal strength you need a solid foundation. If you’re wobbling all over the place like a fishing boat in the Bermuda Triangle you have no chance executing your bench press or any other strength exercise for that matter.
Here is the video of Bryan talking through my set up I’m sure there might be one or two things that could be improved on this but it gives you a good idea of how you should be setting up, getting tight and bench pressing.
